Uses Socratic dialogues to empower students to solve problems themselves. But doesn't "read" students well enough to tell whether it's the right way to approach a specific student or not. Some students are naturally shy and do not respond well to being put on the spot like that. At this point a Socratic dialogue becomes outright bullying. At his age, he should know better and realise when to back off.
One of the best teachers in Burnside. Should abandon his role as a chemistry teacher and go after his true calling, the archbishop of Banterbury. Would have a beer with/ 10
Great teacher who is very helpful when you need help with your work. Teaches me level 2 chemistry and has made learning a lot more fun and enjoyable. I think he genuinely wants to help students achieve with excellence and he will attempt to answer any question you ask him.
He's a decent guy, not like alot of the teachers at burnside. Made it really easy for me to change schools and then come back over the course of only a few weeks when im sure he could've chosen to make it quite difficult.
really great head of west as a year nine i am reallyenjoying it here at burnside.
He's mint. He's a way nicer science teacher than a dean!
meh. hes a good dean i dont know about his teaching skills though
because of his new roll at dean he has become a very strict person. everyone i no probably thinks that he is better off just being a teacher
i think he is a reali gud dean, nd stands up 4 da students
Was a good teacher at DHS (if its the same Mr. Smythe).
