Site Guidelines

These are the official posting guidelines ("Site Guidelines") for ("Site", "we", "us" or "our") and is a part of, and made Additional Terms under, our Terms and Conditions.  The Site provides user generated feedback on teachers' and professors' teaching methods and their respective courses.

Survey answers, including textual answers, should only be posted by users who have taken a class from the teacher/professor or who are currently taking a class with the teacher/professor.

Please review the following guidelines before posting a rating and/or comment on the Site:



The Site reserves the right to remove any answers deemed inappropriate, libelous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive, or which may or may not appear to impersonate anyone else or that otherwise violate the Terms and Conditions.

The "Do Not" section of these Site Guidelines will be strictly enforced and the Site reserves all rights to delete or otherwise take appropriate action regarding any violations. If you see an answer that you believe violates these Site Guidelines, please click the flag icon next to the comment and state the problem. Such comments will be evaluated by the Site's personnel. The Site reserves the right to delete, provide to authorities or otherwise take appropriate action regarding comments that threaten violence or bodily harm to another user or teacher/professor including, but not limited to, notifying the authorities of your IP address and the time you rated and taking any action as described in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
