I have Mr. Burdan in music! He is amazing. So open and friendly. There is a sense of equal respect that makes me respect him even more, if that makes sense. And he's a good musician; he understands.
makes all these funny noises to emphasise a point, kinda random but boring
First day of class he sat down at the front, had problems on the board for us to do, and then read the newspaper. The next day he did the same thing, but after a few minutes he said "Now I'm not getting paid to sit here and read the Dominion Post, so if you don't understand something, ask me, and feel free to keep on asking me if you still don't understand - provided you pay attention each time"
Mr Burdan helped me with maths soooooo much. The only reason I am passing YEAR 11 Maths is because he always used to say "Now you don't have to do this until year 11, but lets do it now, anyway." He was a great teacher for year 9... a really good maths teacher, too bad I don't have him anymore.
He's probably one of the best maths teachers in the school - very helpful, I learned heaps!
mr burdan is a great teacher, he teaches sooooo much as well extension work which is fun and everyone respects him. hes also an AMAZING pianist... yeah prob my fave teacher at tawa
hes a good maths teacher. hes not the best dean but hes waaaaaaay better then mrs greenlees!.
He is a really good math and music teacher, is fantastic at piano, aswell as a good dean. He seams to know every student well and tries to halp.
too picky abot homework, but all in all an ok teacher
good as a teacher but not that good as a dean needs to stop classing students as "good" kids or "bad" students coz its unfair! and it doesnt help. very good maths teacher though, learnt so much!
Good Teacher! He is very HIP! Best Maths teacher at Tawa
Awesome Dean. I used to see him in his office a lot in 3rd Form. but now everything is changed and starting to miss the old detentions he used to give me.
