Easily the best teacher i have had in my time at College. Always a decent fellow even when he's "ratty". Watching Horgan teach is on a par with watching Family Guy.From dormice in vases to chariots towed by geese he knows it all. What an Ace.

Hmmmm, not really a fan. He gets a bit carried away with his stories from the past. Easily sidetracked into telling the story of Julius Caesars sunday breakfast or something. Good bloke though.

Had an absolute brilliant time in his 9TG French class. I have him again in 7th form and he's everything I remember him as. Really cool guy. Draft dodger and a trippy hippy. Cool Motorbike.

well ok hes got the story of a bloke trying his best and really trying to teach but his personality makes the class easily side track him. He expects too much that the class is dead set on learning. Despite that hes really smart, funny and nice.

Brilliant wonderful guy. He is one of the only teachers who actually has the manners to say hi to me in the corridors and stuff. And he's funny. Maybe he's a bit off his tree at times. But he is also a goodhearted. Kind man. -Hugo

Dr Horgan means well. He tries his best to teach the class, but is often sidetracked with trying to control the class. It doesn't help that he's disorganized too. But nonetheless he CAN be good at teaching, even if his whiteboard notes are a mess.

Hes a great chap. 9TG was captivated by him every period of French. We had a ball in that class. None of us will forget the drawing of the boat sailing against the waves(us students)

This teacher is very buzzy. He tells outrageous stories that always get a laugh and sometimes his stories get taken as facts. He knows his stuff but his method of teaching is sometime tedious. Overall an interesting good hearted chap

I'm baffled by the strong reviews. He is out of touch with his students and is living in the past in terms of his teaching style.

Whether you enjoy the subject or not there's no way you won't enjoy his ludicrous tales. One of the nicest teachers there is, even if he does get a little muddled at times.
