The coolest teacher I have ever had. Doesn't discriminate against you even in you sit on the other side of the political spectrum to him. Never needs to formally discipline anyone which is an indicator of the respect students hold for him.

when i had him as a teacher back at Onehunga high he was great, really enthusiastic and caring. Great cricket couch as well. cheers Mark hope you come back, english hasn't been the same without you.

Yeah can take a jokes and is generous with his laughter, but i am surprised no one else has mentioned his, mood - swings. One mintue on top form, the very next looking for someone to blame for dust on top of his dictionaries.

I taught Mark when he was in Primary School. He was always a great student and never compromised his integrety then either. It is heartening to read such adoring comments about him from his students. A true gentleman and obviously a great teacher!

'Tidday'. Mate to be honest you aint bad. But please try not to have that 'passionate' look on your face too often, it makes me squirm. More class descussions and remembering that students will act the age they're treated would benefit your teaching

excellent teacher, he never seems to run out of steem and goes to great lenghts to help his students achieve. i Find that sometimes, Sir sounds like a robot, and can easily put you to sleep. Sir should also invest in a thesaurus.

Wonderful teacher with an obvious passion for literature and the texts he teaches in particular. Anyone who can teach a bunch of Year 11 boys to be captivated by Strictly Ballroom is a legend in my opinion.

i have had better english teachers, should possibly invest in a thesaurus as his words used are often quite bland/vague. and should stop pronouncing 'today' like a solle'
