Just not helpful as a teacher
First of all she treats us like we are toddlers, she always mixes up who has done their homework and who hasn't and emails parents even if they did their homework but got a few answers wrong. She is short tempered, doesn't even attempt to assist students when they ask for help, doesn't teach well, expects too much, teaches too fast and expects multiple exercises to be completed in the last 5 minutes of the lesson, ALWAYS lets us out late and she picks on students for no reason.
Expects way too much. Unclear teaching and moves on with half of the class still not understanding. Expects 2 to 3 things to be done at once. Short temper. Aggressive nature in class. Common occurrences of sighing when we do not understand.
she makes us work way hard and then we can talk a bit but we got some real good marks. I like her.
she is kinda strict but she still lets us talk a bitand we get lots of work done.
Shes really cool. its the first time ive past anything this year
How old does she think we are? I feel like I learnt more in primary school - at least there they didn't favour a little group of people who are apparently the only ones able to get excellence.
She treats us like we are five years old. She copies everything out of the text book word to word. She doesn't know a lot of the stuff she is teaching us.
she never lets you do anything but copy stuff out of a text book and some of the students in year 7 are better at math than her
assigned seats and not being able to sit down until told to is what we did in primary! we dont learn anything and the majority of the class are failing! and then seperates class into groups- degrading
we waste ages setting up desks and then she complains about us not getting enough work done or "talking"
Treats year 12 as if we are in year 7. Bags have to be at the back of the room, we have assigned seats, and we have to stand behind our desks before being allowed to sit down.
so average I actually think i am goin to fail NCEA because of her, may be a more positive attitude from her and building all students to an excellence level may help.
Struggle to understand her teaching and is overall a very average 'teacher'. 'Excellence Class' seems somewhat degrading to most students, as they have more attention than the less able students.
