Mr Taylor is overall a great Japanese teacher. He brings in his dog Anya into class sometimes and it entertains the class since. He gives us homework every lesson and there is a quiz every lesson on all the Japanese characters we have learned so far which is a great way for students to learn the Japanese language but can be a pain to practice everything we have learned since we do have other stuff going.

I absolutely love this teacher. He always challenges us and pushes us to do our best. Mr Taylor is really clear when it comes to giving us instructions and he is very funny. 12/10 would be in his class forever if I could.

Ever since year 9 he has seemed to dislike me for some reason, perhaps it's because he can sense that I will not automatically like him simply because he is in authority. He comes across as extremely condescending in whanau assemblies. I feel like he is a nice person deep down, but it would make the whanau a much more positive place if he actually showed that. It doesn't help that he's so hell-bent on winning the whanau shield either, just to feed his ego.

He's like a military sergeant. But he's all good. Has a strong front that seems really strict and what not, but any time outside of school, he's a big softie. Knows his stuff, and knows how to explain everything you need to pass, great teacher as long as you listen to him.

A very helpful teacher who knows what he's doing. Can be strict at time but only does so to help his students learn better. A very kind teacher who always gives good advice.

he's a good teacher but he talks too much bout his family and how we HAVE TO 'study' and things like that. also, when i ask a question, he doesn't really answer it. he thinks i will probably know.
