he was kind of hard to understand at the start but i got used to it. really knowledgeable about bio but he kind of assumed that we knew things before we did. I think he could of had more explanation AND MORE NOTES. i had no notes from bio for my exam, i had to go through 3 textbooks to prep for the exams.
Doesn't explain or give notes. Expects students to know everything
Does not explain
He is a good teacher expects the best from everybody and has a good time doing it
He's an alright teacher. Does play favorites ... tends to always pick on the same poor people and is always lenient to those he likes. His lessons are hard to understand at first but you gradually adapt to his explanations and thinking.
Knowledgeable - but never realised someone could take 10 minutes doing the roll call. My God.
I can see it in his eyes, he's given up on me. It's quite sad (for me) that he is satisfied with my high not acheived and amazed if I acheive. Sorry Jovic-sensei. He's a nice guy though. Laugh for him, it makes him happy.
he is a cool guy but not the best teacher ive ever had, was a bit hard to understand
Great as a person but his teaching style was a mission to try learn anything from. I mean its great when you sit and do nothing for a year in science but it sucks when youve got no notes to try pass l
It was funny when he was hitting his head against the whiteboard when he tried to explain the kinesthetic theory to us!!! It was hilarious!!
Love his accent !! but he was the best teacher i had at westlkae
well, i think he is a good teacher, he explains everything clearly, and always makes sure that people understand. so yea, he was alright.
Pretty cool guy had him a few years aho and still knows my name and talks to me, funny dude i did pretty good in his class, sometimes confusing teaching methods but i have had much worse *cough DJ*
man he is the FUNNIEST teacher ever! he asked me and my friends at lunch if he could "photosynthesize" with us.. =P best science teacher ever..
umm sometimes i dont know what he's on about. switches topic easily while discussing about a subject so u get lost. he is really helpful when you don't understand and his humor is..different
A great teacher, really makes you think in class. Has some pretty funny jokes (if you can understand the humour behind it) and requires you to do some self research as well. Normally he is quite clear in his explanations, but sometimes he is a little difficult to understand. Awesome teaching skills!
Mr Jovic Is Cool A Lot Of The Time, But Its Best To Have A Textbook On Hand To Explain Anything You Dont Understand :D His Jokes Are Quite Sad But Funny All The Same :D
Mr Jovic was such a sweet teacher, he was funny and he new how to teach and relate to tht students! GO THE RUBBER DUCK
hahahah the comment below mine is tru he had a rubber ducki to get our attention he was helpful and caring and funny
Jovic is the coolest teacher. He is really funny and helpful. I had him as a form teacher and science teacher in yr9. He helped the whole class settle in to WGHS. I also love the rubber ducky he had. He still says hello to me when ever he sees me.
Absolute crack-up!! Human Bio... I'll say no more! Alas the rubber duck has annoyingly sqeaked it's last nd has been replaced by a sqeaky fish, ever seen one of those??. the best word 2 describe him is: i-n-t-e-r-e-s-t-i-n-g...
He is knowledgble and a really nice person. His lack of notes can affect your grade quite a lot but the extension that he gives you helps you to understand the application of the topic much more. Learn the basics yourself though and take independent notes and you'll be fine. His jokes are funny.....
He is a good teacher, but does not have enough tolerance.
Well, after having Mr. Jovic for year 10 extension science, I think my class mutually agreed that Mr. Jovic is a gentleman. He's nice and can be funny if you let him (and get his jokes. Personally I liked the one about the two atoms walking down the road). Just make sure you get the basics!
Mr Jovic is really nice, and helpful. When I first got him I was worried that the accent would make it hard but it doesnt. Hes an awesome teacher and is one of few who remember my name!
Mr Jovic is a great chess teacher hehe. But he should make some way to chess more fun to learn. Right now its quie boring. But I still like it.
Jovic is an interesting personality... funny if you give him a chance. He's a person, really, not just a teacher, I mean, you can be friends with him. If you know what I'm talking about? HIs accent isn't -that- bad, once you get use to it you just need to mix a few words around and you'll live.
The accent is daunting at first, but if you stay out of trouble then he can be a pretty cool teacher. Make sure you know at least the basics of what you're studying though, because he doesn't like having to explain it more than once.
hes a pretty good teacher you all should jus giv him a chance hes funni and has a broard knowledge!
can be hard to understand, but if u r good for the first term, he will b gud 2 u for the rest of the year
hes kul. only reason i passed (majority) of my externals. didn't like him at first but once u get 2 no him hes awesome. main teacher for 'classic moments'.
Pretty good chess orgniser, just doesn't know to let the students do the job. I like him if he let us do the work.
He's certainly.. interesting? I found him rather amusing and a tad bit comical. He's definitely intelligent just not very good at communicating anything to anyone. Apparantly he used to be a gynecologist?
He is really quite an extraordinary man. His knowledge is so extensive. It's just the way he expresses it, I find it hard to comprehend.
cool as!! i loved him so much. you have to be easy going to get along with him. he can be strict but is a really good teacher. awesome in 3rd and 4th form as you don't do much anyway....
Mr Jovic is a really nice guy. Tries his best 2 help his students & is v easy to get along with if u try. Howeva, is not v clear & its often dificult to understnd unless u do a LOT of ur own hmwk...
